"My passion has always been horses, people and sunsets. You will see my pieces reflecting that direction; however, I have strayed far from it, in some of my commissioned paintings. I work mostly from my own photographs, as I try capturing a fleeting moment in time. Realism, with the feeling of light, mood, and atmosphere is what I strive for in each of my paintings. I love Impressionism and will loosen up in some of my paintings after working for long hours on a very detailed piece.
